Personalized or customized orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, such orders cannot be cancelled except where required under applicable law or our applicable policies.

Shipping is free on all orders within India.

We currently ship orders within India.

Shipping is free on all orders.

Our estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days from the date the order is shipped.

Delivery may take longer due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, remote locations, technical issues, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where available, tracking information may be provided after an order has been shipped.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and contact information.

For damaged packages, customers should contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs or video evidence while retaining the original packaging.

Personalized or customized products may require additional processing time.
